My land lord just gave me another infraction 4 not havN a clean apt. This’s our last 1 b4 we get kicked out! I’m nervous. I have 2 young kids, & I work full time. I get home from work & have 2 feed my kids then take them a bath & make sure they go 2 sleep. By D time I’m done, I’m ready 2 go 2 sleep. I just finished cleanN my carpet 2 days ago N this dumb ass lady gives us this! We invited her 2 C our apt & asked her what’s wrong w/it. She said b/c we have 3 toys on D floor & 2 bags of clothes & D pest control man don’t want 2 spray things like that. We’ve been N D apt when he sprayed b4 & he doesn’t spray D whole house, just 2 D kitchen, half bathroom & then he’s out. D 2 bags of clothes we had down stairs was clothes that we were goN 2 wash when we got home from work. R these people anal R what? Plus, D land lord don’t like me b/c she had a crush on my guy & he now lives w/me. He left his apt which was N D same apt complex 2 move N w/me. Now she hates my guts & shows it.
Sounds like you need to move. As as Realtor, I see some messy homes, but you sound like a normal home with kids. I suggest you start looking. Check your lease for several things. How long is your lease and does the landlord have the right to enter your home. She apparently does so or else how would she know what condition it was in. You may have some legal issues ragarding her entry.
